Bartolomeo, who is standing a few feet away.
At the bridge to the Green Bit, the “Caesar Exchange Team” is making their way across the iron bridge with 45 minutes left until the Caesar Clown exchange time. Unfortunately for them, they are attacked by a school of Fighting Fish, which are so large that the iron bridge easily bends under their weight, prompting Robin to wonder if they really are fish, to which Law replies that they are, though Usopp disagrees and Caesar says, that they are the same as sea monsters. But Law doesn’t seem too upset about the fish and notes that it’s not a problem that Usopp and Robin can’t handle, which confuses Usopp as he believes that since Law is the Shichibukai, he should be the one to deal with the fish. The school of fish begin attacking the bridge again, forcing Robin and Usopp to deal with them, much to Law’s happiness, but when they realize there are too many fish to deal with, they decide to make a run for it. Law also tells Usopp to remove Caesar’s handcuffs so he can help, saying that Caesar won’t run as long as he has Caesar’s heart, which angers Caesar. Caesar helps by defeating some fish while the other three run, Usopp then asks Law again why he isn’t fighting, to which Law replies that he has to save all his energy to fight Doflamingo to Caesar’s shock.
The group is then met with more bad luck as another part of the bridge has been destroyed by fish, as well as the fact that it is surrounded by fog and to make matters worse, another fighting fish jumps out of the water to attack the group. Luckily, much to the group’s surprise, the fish is stopped by some sort of fishing net, voices are then heard on the other side of the bridge, making the group wonder who it could be, and Usopp calls out asking if anyone is on the other side. and if they can help them overcome. However, this surprises and frightens the mysterious strangers. Law then gets Caesar to use his gas powers to fly the group to the Green Bit, much to Caesar’s anger.
Arriving at Green Bit, the group can find no sign of the people who caught the fish, and notices both a large number of shipwrecks and the giant, lush forest of Green Bit. Law then notices that the southeast beach is just ahead, while Usopp notices a marine ship that has crashed into the island, and Robin uses his binoculars to confirm that the ship has recently damaged plants and trees. Robin also notes that the ship itself isn’t badly damaged, and Caesar becomes paranoid that the exchange has been compromised, complaining to Law, who wonders what to do next. Caesar begs Law to call off the exchange because the marines are there and he is the enemy of the marines, but Law refuses, noting that since he is an ally of the Straw Pirates, the marines are now his enemy as well, and that he will need Robin and Usopp’s powers to explore the forest and make sure that nothing strange is happening.
Robin and Usopp then leave to search the forest after 14 minutes before they switch, with Robin taking the lead and Usopp following. The two then notice a group of Marines in a clearing talking to an unknown person, the Marines ask if there is a Straw Hat, to which the unknown person comments that he is not and that his name is Leo. Leo then asks if the marines are good or bad, to which the marines reply that they are good, prompting Leo to ask them to lay down their weapons. Unfortunately the Marines don’t and in the blink of an eye they are stripped down to their underwear. The marines flee while Robin uses a new technique to try to capture the culprits, who she believes to be dwarves.
