 Summary:

Conis and Pagaya sought refuge in Gan Fall’s mansion. There, the former God is seen watering the pumpkin crop and discussing recent events with his guests. Gan Fall explains that these people were blue sea pirates, a group that is considered maritime criminals, though he prefers to call them “people who don’t follow the rules”. He goes on to say that 20 years ago he met another group of pirates who he befriended. Gan Fall expresses his concern about the ongoing conflict between Skypiea and Shandia, revealing that his negotiations when he was a God almost bore fruit, but that was when Enel invaded the country and took control.
As he apologizes for his failure, he remembers an old legend that spoke of a beautiful song he heard when God’s Island was born; the song that signaled the start of the war. Gan Fall believes that when this song is played one more time, the war will finally end. Suddenly, seeing how restless Pierra is, Gan Fall dons his armor and leaves.
Back on the ship, Chopper is seen trying to put out the fire on the mainmast with bruises, begging the attacker to stop. In a desperate move, Chopper breaks the right mast and throws it into the sea. However, Shura still sets fire to the ship with his spear, saying that if Chopper is to survive, he must sacrifice himself.
Shura explains that the forest is divided into four territories, each controlled by a priest, but the altar does not belong to any of said territories. If the attackers survive the trials in the forest and reach the altar, they are free to go. However, since some of the victims broke the rules and left the altar, Shura claims that someone else must pay with their lives.
When Shura attacks Chopper with his spear, Gan Fall appears. The two men engage in aerial combat, riding their birds. Shura looks down on Gan Fallo and calls him an old man, but the former god manages to attack his opponent with a quick move, much to Chopper’s amazement.
