Summary:
When Page One shows up, Sanji dons his raid suit and shows off his abilities.
Back at the Shogun’s castle, Robin sneaked around trying to get information, but was soon confronted by the Orochi Oniwabanshu.
Sanji activates his raid suit and transforms into the stronger, more scientifically advanced Stealth Black. Although formally named Stealth Black in Germa 66, Sanji chooses to name it Soba Mask.
Sanji starts fighting the first party and knocks him down with a kick to the neck. Page One attacks with his claw, but Sanji then blocks the attack with his cloak, which turns into a solid shield. Most notably, Sanji’s suit allows him to become invisible, allowing him to attack the First Page at super speeds. The first page collapses and transforms into its hybrid form.
Meanwhile in Udon, Luffy asks Eustace Kid for more dumplings while in his cell, who ignores him.
Orochi’s lavish party continues at his mansion, and Komurasaki plays him a song on her shamisen. Meanwhile, Robin, who snuck out of the party, searches the room for the Poneglyph. However, she is quickly discovered by the Orochi Oniwabanshu, Shogun Orochi’s personal ninja military force. Fukurokuju, the ninja leader, gives Robin a chance to explain herself.
Sanji as Soba Mask continues to fight fiercely against the first page. At one point Page One gets the upper hand and picks up Sanji and throws him into the houses. Sanji is unharmed, but wants to avoid damaging the houses in the battle. So, after unleashing one powerful attack, Sanji flees into the sky. Usopp, Law and Franky also flee to avoid being identified.
The anime adds the following:

A scene of Law as a child and his younger sister reading Sora, the warrior from the sea.
All the fictional members of Germa 66 are shown including Stealth Black, but he is wearing a yellow suit instead of black.
Sanji strikes a dramatic pose as he introduces himself in his raid suit.
While sleeping in Udon Prison, Luffy wakes up hungry and later harasses Kid for some dangos.
Sanji’s fight with the first page is prolonged.
Sanji takes longer to introduce himself than in the manga.
Sanji uses his suit’s cloak to block the attack.
The anime does not show Usopp’s surprise that Sanji takes off his clothes when he transforms into the O-Soba mask.
In the anime, Law talks more about the Raid Suit’s abilities. In the manga, he only talks about Stealth Black’s ability to become invisible.
The manga did not show the outcome of Sanji’s battle with Page One, while the anime shows that Sanji fled the scene after delivering a powerful kick, but without leaving Page One incapacitated.
