One Piece Episode 882

Summary:

King Sterry of the Kingdom of Goa meets with Garp and his emissary from Fish-Man Island. Shirahoshi gets his first glimpse of the world on the surface.

Neptune’s family walks through the crowd accompanied by Garp while the paparazzi take pictures of them. Shirahoshi shows everyone. However, they are stopped by Sterry from the Kingdom of Goa. He used to be a noble in the kingdom and married the princess Nantokanette, but due to the mysterious departure of the king and prince, Sterry became the king of the kingdom of Goa.

Sabo follows Sterry and remembers that he is Sabo’s adopted brother. He recalls meeting Luffy for the first time in Gray Terminal. Although he was initially hostile towards Luffy, they eventually exchanged glasses of sake for the Sakazuki ceremony and officially became brothers. Sabo would lose his noble heritage and become a pirate.

However, Sabo’s parents would understand and hire Bluejam to capture them. Sabo is forced to leave Ace and Luffy and return to his parents’ mansion. There she meets Sterry, who was adopted by his parents. Through Sterry, Sabo learns that the nobles of the Kingdom of Goa are planning to burn down the Gray Terminal to make the country “cleaner” for a world noble to visit.
The anime adds the following:
When Garp runs into Sterry, Lindbergh questions Sabo about his relationship to the King of Goa.
The Sanji Retrieval Team talks to Luffy about Sabo and Ace.
Sabo knocked down the guard.
Sterry sees Morley on the screen.
This episode recaps Saba’s past in the kingdom of Goa.

Sabo tries to stop the fire but is beaten by the guards. There he is noticed by Monkey D. Dragon, the leader of the revolutionary army. To Dragon’s shock, Sabo exclaims that he is ashamed of being a noble. Sabo decides to set sail and leave the kingdom of Goa as a pirate. However, a world noble passed by and shot Saba’s ship. Dragon rescues Sabo from the wreckage, who later accepts him as second in command of the revolutionary army.

Meanwhile, Luffy told a story about him and Ace after Sabo supposedly died. Ace promises Luffy that he will never die. Both promise to set sail and become pirates when they turn 17. Luffy grows up and sets sail on his own, dreaming of becoming a pirate king.

Back at the Red Line, Sabo captures one of the guards and takes their armor. Sterry continues talking to Garp, only to be accosted by the Neptune Family. He mistook them for giant fishers and collapsed, terrified of them. They ride the bondola to get to Mary Geoise and Shirahoshi is stunned to see the sun for the first time. Sterry also rides a bondole, panicking about the height, the wind, and Morley watching them from the Red Line. Sabo disguises himself as one of the guards and goes on a bondole with Sterry.
