At the Toy House, a battle rages between Franky and Senor Pink, but they are then interrupted by the Marines who have come to arrest Franky. Inside the palace, Fujitora reveals his intentions to abolish the Shichibukai system, which Doflamingo takes as a threat, but Fujutora tells him that his order to defend Dressrosa from the Straw Hat Pirates still stands, so once he deals with them, he will. turning his attention to Doflamingo. Back at the Coliseum, the final battle for the Mera Mera no Mi is about to begin and the first to step out is Lucy.

At the Colosseum, it was announced that Diamante would appear. When he heard this, the crowd started cheering for him. Meanwhile, the D-Block fighters who were injured are taken to the infirmary and with them is Cavendish who is still sleeping.

Rebecca goes to tell Lucy that she made it to the finals, but immediately notices something different about Lucy. Sabo, who is dressed as Lucy, says that he knows more or less about Rebecca and that it might get messy in the finale and he can’t guarantee her safety. He also mentions that he doesn’t mean it badly and that everything in Dressrose is just a facade similar to where he was raised.

On the Royal Plateau near the elevator entrance, Viola, having just met Luffy, Zoro, and Kin’emon, declares that she has a pass that will allow them to enter the elevator leading to the royal palace, but if she is discovered she will be gone and in her disguises Luffy, Zoro and Kin’emon will attract too much attention. Just then, Zoro remembers that she was the woman Sanji went after before. Viola says that Sanji went to defend their ship, but they already knew that. Wicca then peeks out of Zoro’s disguise to see Viola, who says that she has been following her all this time with her ability. She reveals that she knows about the dwarves working with the man who replaced her sister who died and raised Rebecca, the Thunder Soldier. Wicca gets upset and starts crying and Viola thanks her for believing in her father.

At the entrance to the Toy House, Franky fights the guards. Then they realize they can’t beat him and start running. Senor Pink brushes her teeth with a shoe brush. It is revealed that he has eaten the Sui Sui no Mi, which allows him to freely float through floors and walls, but he says that he will not use his power to escape from enemies, earning praise from his comrades. Franky fires a missile and Senor hits it right in the face without even trying to dodge it. Everyone wonders why he didn’t try to avoid being hit, but one of his soldiers says that the real reason he took Franky’s attack was to save his friend. Then, behind him, Machvise, complaining of a stomachache, jumps into the air and punches the ground in an attempt to crush Franky, but Franky dodges it. Suddenly, a group of marines appear around the area, along with Vice Admiral Bastille, intent on arresting Franky.

At the royal palace, Doflamingo tells Admiral Fujitoro that he made a wise decision and that he has no intention of forming an alliance with him. Fujitora replies that if Luffy chooses to fight him, there will be great destruction and protecting the citizens from that destruction is his “justice” and he used the marines to do that. As for Doflamingo, he would deal with him later. Doflamingo is surprised by this statement, but Fujitora goes on to say that he accepted the Admiral position because there were certain things he wanted to change, and one of those things is to completely throw away the Shichibukai system! He also reveals that he knows of the story of how Doflamingo kidnapped Dressrosa and the country only got to this state because he was allowed to run rampant.

Realizing that Fujitora knows all about his secrets, Doflamingo starts attacking him. Fujitora blocks his attack and goes on to state that the balance of the three powers will be upset and if Doflamingo continues to commit crime after crime, the bounty on his head will continue to increase after the Shichibukai system is abolished. Upon discovering his true intentions, Doflamingo says he will kill him, but Fujitora says they should stay friends for now. From then on, he will protect Dressrosa and ignore all her evil practices. He also says that no matter how much Doflamingo wants the world to be stable, it’s bound to shake up because it’s the year of Levely.

Luffy is surprised to learn that Viola is a princess, and assumes that since she is a princess and Rebecca is the granddaughter of a king, she must be Rebecca’s mother, but she tells him that Rebecca is her sister’s daughter and therefore her niece. He then knocks on a door leading to a secret passage whose location only the Riku family knew. In order to use the elevator, Zoro suggests to Luffy that he take a boulder and go to the top and then the others would stand on the platform and use him and the weight of the boulder to reach the top. However, Viola doesn’t seem comfortable with this plan.

At the Coliseum, Koala somehow manages to enter the stadium just in time to watch the finals. The ring, which was specially constructed for the final battle, is revealed and Sabo dressed as Lucy enters first. As he enters the ring, he mentally asks Ace to keep an eye on him.
