One Piece Episode 663

Summary:

Dellinger continues to attack Bellamy until Bartolomeo saves him, and Dellinger is called by Diamante to guard the Toy House. Thunder Soldier explains “Operation: SOP” and how there is an underground trading port where Sugar, the one who turns people into toys, is located.

As Luffy searches for an exit from the coliseum, he runs into Bartolomeo and Bellamy and is soon approached by Sabo. Luffy promised to get the Mera Mera no Mi and gives Sabo his disguise to fight in the Coliseum. Bellamy leads Luffy to the exit while Luffy, Kin’emon and Zoro head to the Flower Field in disguise.

Dellinger is seen brutally harming Bellamy as he taunts him. Bellamy tries to run, saying he needs to hear it from Doflamingo, but is easily caught by Dellinger. Just as Dellinger is about to deliver the finishing blow, Bartolomeo appears and protects him.

Bellamy is seen gasping for breath and badly injured on the ground, with Bartolomeo creating a barrier to protect him from Dellinger. Dellinger injures his leg trying to break through the barrier and yells at Bartolomeo to get out of the way and let him complete his mission, but Bartolomeo refuses. After receiving a new assignment from Diamante to go and patrol the SMILE factory, Dellinger decides to leave Bellamy alone, but promises to deal with the two later. Bellamy wonders why a stranger like Bartolomeo would help him, to which Bartolomeo replies that once he has a fight with someone, he considers them a friend.

At Flower Hill, Thunder Soldier informs everyone of his plan, called the Dressrosa Operation SOP. He further explains the existence of a secret underworld operating in Dressros that involves illegal transactions. Also tied to the underworld, the factory operates with the labor of captured citizens of Tontatta, and the humans have turned to toys. The rebels have been building a secret tunnel through which they will now enter the area and destroy the factory. However, before that they must succeed in defeating Agent Doflamingo in order for her powers to wear off, returning the toys to their human selves and restoring the citizens’ memories. Hopefully this will get more people to join their cause. When asked by Usopp where the Devil Fruit user is, Thunder Soldier replies that she must be in an underground port and, due to the side effect of her Devil Fruit preventing her from aging, is being watched over by Trebol himself. Usopp rejoices when he hears that he’s up against a little girl, and a pumped-up Franky asks the dwarves to take them to an underground tunnel.

Back at the Coliseum, Luffy, who was looking for an exit, runs into Bartolomeo and Bellamy. Bartolomeo, excited to meet his idol again, reluctantly asks him if he has met Zoro. When Luffy expresses his desire to find an exit, Bellamy tells him that there is no such thing in the Coliseum, as it was built to prevent the contestants from escaping once they enter. Surprised, Luffy asks Bellamy to show him the exit as he must know where he is since he is Doflamingo’s subordinate. Bellamy shouts that he would never betray his captain, but says that he himself will head for the exit, so if Luffy were to follow him, he would find the exit as well. Bartolomeo wonders why Luffy would give up fighting for the Mera Mera no Mi, to which Luffy replies that his friends’ lives are more important. Bartolomeo promises to get the fruit and give it to Luffy, which was his original plan.

Just then, a man walks in, declaring that the Fire Fruit cannot be given to Straw Man Luffy. Bartolomeo confronts him for talking to his idol like that, but the man just pushes him away. Seeing the mysterious man, Luffy is very shocked and starts to shed tears of joy.

When Luffy finally finds his way out, he is reunited with Zoro and Kin’emon, with the latter providing the three with animal clothing to escape the marines and leave the area unnoticed. Zoro is irritated by Luffy’s constant crying and tells him to stop. Luffy, still sobbing and shocked, wonders how it is possible that “that man” is still alive.

A young woman is seen sitting on top of a pile of defeated men, speaking through Den Den Mushi, saying that Robin is in this country and that she wants to see her again. That woman is none other than Koala, who has become a member of the revolutionary army and is an assistant to Fish-Man’s karate instructor. Next, he asks the caller if he has met the man he was looking for and if he has any news about the situation underground. A man is then shown who is the same man we saw talking to Luffy earlier and is wearing “Lucy” clothing and states that he must go get Ace’s fruit back and inherit his will.

A flashback is then shown of Ace’s grave with the three goblets in front of him, confirming that the mysterious man was none other than Sabo, who his brothers assumed was long dead.
