Zoro is taken prisoner while Chopper and Nami help a nervous doctor treat the wounded marines.
In his office, Vice Admiral Jonathan inquires about the whereabouts of the rest of the Straw Hats and gives First Lieutenant Drake a direct order to interrogate Zoro. In the cells, Zoro was about to take a nap when Drake appeared and demanded Zoro’s guards to open the cell. Drake starts asking how many crew members there are, how they infiltrated the fortress, and such. Zoro truthfully answers that they came from the sky via an octopus balloon. Drake doesn’t believe him and warns him not to underestimate the marines.
Meanwhile, Nami is assigned by the head of the janitors to clean the dojo, and Chopper overhears that Zoro has been captured. Some marines find him and run past the closet where Nami is hiding. Chopper reaches a locked door, but picks the lock and manages to hide behind a crate full of deer antlers. Some doctors carry a crate outside with Chopper trapped inside. He is taken to a medical room, which is staffed by a single, inexperienced doctor. Outside, Nami is now dressed in the nurse’s uniform she found in the closet. Several nurses run by and take Nami to the infirmary, saying it’s an emergency. Chopper realizes he’s in the infirmary and wonders if the doctor will be okay.
Nami is tasked with treating the marines’ injuries. Across the room, Dr. Kobato faints at the sight of blood. Chopper decides to take the doctor’s place and administers the treatment in disguise. He meets Nami and asks what she is doing. Kobato wakes up and then collapses again thinking about the surgeries. She reveals that she can’t bear to see people suffering or injured, but Chopper encourages her to save the injured. He gets up and heads to the operating room. Nami tries to convince Chopper to run while they can, but he says that his number one priority is saving people. All three continue to operate on patients.
Meanwhile, Drake is informed that an unidentified doctor is performing operations. He suspects it’s one of the Straw Hat Pirates and Zoro thinks it’s Chopper. Drake proceeds to the operating room and demands to ask Dr. Kobat a few questions. She in turn demands that he leave after saying that the only people in the room were those who dedicated their lives to saving people. He complies, but orders the guards to guard the room. They completed the operations and Chopper shrank back to his usual size. Dr. However, Kobato is oblivious.
