One Piece Episode 159

Summary:

Luffy, Usopp, and Sanji finally enter the Upper Yard, only to find the entire path heavily barricaded, but eventually arrive at the Ordeal Gates. Meanwhile, Robin, Zoro, and Nami head out to explore the Upper Yard while Chopper is left alone to guard the ship.

Luffy, Usopp, and Sanji begin their journey to the Upper Yard, and Usopp asks if Conis will be okay since she is now labeled as a criminal like them. As they head to the Upper Yard, they comment on how huge the forest is. Just as they begin to advance into the forest, they are attacked by a large moving scythe. Luffy uses the Gomu Gomu no Bazooka to help them escape. At that moment, they are attacked again with wooden spears. Sanji and Luffy kick them away and Luffy uses Gomu Gomu no Kazaguruma to get them away. Just then, a razor boomerang appears and starts attacking them. As the Super-Express Speedy Shrimp leaves the rest of the crew, Robin comments on the fact that their current location appears to be a sacrificial altar. Luffy, Usopp, and Sanji continue to be attacked, this time by the Sky Lamprey, which Sanji easily defeats.

Zoro defeats the Sky Shark and decides to explore the forest. Nami comments on how dangerous it has been since the priests and Enel were in the Upper Yard. Nami suggests that he needed to respect God, and Zoro replies that he hasn’t prayed to God a single day. Chopper thinks that was very cool of Zoro. The three Milky Way travelers are once again attacked by another Sky Lamprey, and Luffy easily defeats it. Robin decides to go explore the forest with Zoro after seeing the inscriptions on the sacrificial altar and noting that the altar is about 1000 years old. Robin states that the history of such excites her. He further suggests that there may be “valuables” in the wreckage. Hearing this, Nami decides to go with them as well. They leave the ship in Chopper’s care and leave. Chopper later realizes that he is the one in the most danger because he is alone in a dangerous place.

Luffy, Sanji, and Usopp continue to make their way through the Milky Way and eventually reach the entrance to four different Ordeals.
Zoro roars like “Tarzan” when he swings on the vine.
