Usopp enters a store looking for glasses, but gets into an argument with a little girl, Carol, over a particular pair of glasses. Carol buys glasses for her father, the infamous sniper Daddy Masterson, and Usopp, unaware of her father’s identity as a feared bounty hunter, gets into a fight with him. Dad recognizes Usopp from Luffy’s wanted poster. Usopp and Daddy agree to settle the dispute with a duel to the death.
