 Summary:

After the Straw Hats all fall asleep during their welcome party at Whiskey Peak, their greeters, who are revealed to be agents of the Baroque Cannons, prepare to capture them for Luffy’s reward. However, Zoro confronts them after pretending to pass out, and 100 Baroque Works agents come to deal with him. He manages to overpower a few of them, and Mr. 8, Miss Monday, Mr. 9, and Miss Wednesday prepare for a personal meeting.
As night falls on Whiskey Peak, the Straw Hats welcome party continues. Usopp regales people with his stories, Zoro and Nami survive them drinking, Sanji woos several women, and Luffy eats enough food for 20 people. Meanwhile, Mr. 9 and Miss Wednesday report to their boss in a letter that they have managed to lure the Straw Hats to this island. Zoro collapses from drinking before Nami does, and all the Straw Hats eventually pass out from exhaustion. Mr. 9 and Miss Wednesday confront Mr. 8 as they head outside, and Mr. 8 reports that the Straw Hats are doomed.
The nun that Nami was drinking against then comes out, she actually drank the barley tea. As she removes her robes, Miss Monday wonders if this welcome party was really necessary and says that they should have just crushed the straw hats in the harbor. However, to their shock, Mr. 8 shows them Luffy’s reward poster. He orders them to tie up all the straw hats and take all the treasure from their ship, telling them to keep them alive to get the full reward. However, Zoro then calls out to them from a nearby rooftop, and the agents inside report to those outside that he has managed to escape. Zoro states that a true swordsman would never allow alcohol to take control of him and looks forward to taking on the 100 agents of the Baroque Cannons who oppose him.
The agents are shocked that he knows the name of their organization, and Zoro reveals that he was unsuccessfully recruited to join it when he was a bounty hunter. Mr. 8 says he must kill him because he knows their secret and place his tombstone among the many others at Cactus Rock. In her brief moment of distraction, she loses sight of Zoro and he appears right between them. They rush to attack, but he overpowers several of them before they run off again. He appears behind Mr. 8 and plunges his sword into the agent’s hair. Desperately telling the agents not to shoot, Mr. 8 pulls out a saxophone that doubles as a shotgun. Zoro quickly walks away from the explosion as many agents are knocked out, and Mr. 8, Miss Monday, Mr. 9, and Miss Wednesday state that they will have to fight Zoro alone.
