Summary:
Miss Doublefinger uses her Double Stinger attack on Nami who desperately tries to escape her. Miss Doublefinger tells Nami that it’s pointless and that she should let her die a slow and painless death if Nami doesn’t want to continue her “magic show”. Deciding to keep trying her attacks to find one that actually works, Nami sets her god staff into a Y shape and tries to use “Thunder Tempo”, but it appears as a boxing glove that Miss Doublefinger easily brushes aside and cuts off. Nami on her face. Nami, thinking in her head that if she dies she will curse Usopp for creating a useless weapon, tries to go through the instructions again only to notice something. Miss Doublefinger is then seen standing upside down under the platform, using her spikes and chasing Nami into the building with her Stinger Hedgehog attack. Nami then intelligently uses her cloth to divert the pursuing Miss Doublefinger while she escapes, prompting the Baroque Works agent to compliment her, realizing that she is not exactly new to combat.
Hiding behind a stack of crates, Nami goes through the instructions again to find that the list of ‘attacks’ she was using was just for parties and fun and she should turn to the other side for attacks effective in battle. When Miss Doublefinger starts looking for Nami, Nami confronts her and states that she shouldn’t be treated like a little girl. The basic directions of the Clima-Tact combat type are shown, with each piece of bo-staffs able to shoot special bubbles, Heat Ball (for heating), Cool Ball (for cooling) and Thunder Ball. (for minor electric shock). As Nami runs to escape Miss Doublefinger’s sewing stinger, she struggles to find something to use effectively. Miss Doublefinger catches up to Nami and stabs her in the leg. Before Nami can finish, Nami desperately throws her staff at Miss Doublefinger using Cyclone Tempo, which to both of their shock creates a strong gust of wind that knocks Miss Doublefinger back onto a pile of crates as she is thrown back. into Nami’s hands. Nami figures out the basis of the attack, using the Heat and Cool orbs to create a powerful stream of air, praising Usopp for creating an amazing weapon that he doesn’t seem to understand, calling the attack a party trick. Nami reads further and finds Clima-Tact’s ultimate attack, Tornado Tempo, which no human could come back from, however Usopp explains that it is a hit-or-miss last-ditch technique. Back off and Miss Doublefinger stabs Nami in the head and chest, telling her not to turn around while fighting.
To Miss Doublefinger’s surprise, Nami “disappeared” and reappeared right next to her, creating Mirage Tempo with Cool Balls. Nami claims that she now fully understands Clima-Tact and yells at Miss Doublefinger to surrender while she still can.
