 Summary:

Trying to convince the Straw Pirates to let her join their crew, Nico Robin recounts the events in the crumbling Tomb of the Kings. She muscled the antidote for Cobra to give to Luffy, who had collapsed from Crocodile’s poison after defeating him. She expressed hope that Luffy would be able to recover. Cobra then asked her why she lied to Crocodile about what Poneglyph said since it was actually about Pluton and not the history of the Arabasta Kingdom as she claimed. Cobra realized that if she told Crocodile the truth, the Warlord’s plan would surely succeed. Robin replied that she was not interested in Arabasta or any country and her goal was to find the Poneglyph containing the true history. Robin slumped down in defeat that it was all for naught even as Cobra tried to calm her down. Suddenly a healed Luffy picked them up and carried them out of the crumbling room. Robin protested for Luffy to leave her as she had nothing left to live for, but Luffy refused.
Because Luffy made her go on with her life, Robin claims she should be a Straw Hat. To the shock of his crew, Luffy agrees. Robin tells the Straw Hats how she teamed up with various villains to protect herself, listing her specialty as assassination. Usopp gets very scared, but Robin distracts Luffy and Chopper by using her devil fruit powers to tickle them. Nami vows to stay on guard in front of her until Robin shows her some gems. When Sanji is instantly captivated by Robin and Usopp captivated by Robin’s powers, Roronoa Zoro finds himself alone on guard.
Suddenly, pieces of something fall on the Going Merry and the crew wonders what it is. It turned out not to be precipitation, but rather a full-sized galleon falling from the sky. As the Going Merry avoids the falling ship, it is swept away by the tidal wave created by the impact. A few more pieces of the ship will fall, including the skeleton. As the Straw Hats wonder how this could have happened, Nami notices that Log Pose is heading upwards, worrying her. However, Robin claims that the Log Pose must point to the sky island.
