Summary:

The risk-taking brothers lay defeated outside the Treasure Chamber, having been electrocuted by Nami after questioning them about the location of the treasure Perona had recently moved. Nami frantically rushes out of the Mast Mansion, determined not to let the Ghost Princess escape with their ship and treasure. She is impressed by the architecture and good maintenance of the bridge she runs on. She then sees the oars collapse over another bridge and runs as fast as she can, pretending she didn’t see anything.
The Oars become increasingly irritated by the Straw Hats’ efforts against him, but soon realize that he is actually stuck in the ground due to his horns after falling upside down. The Straw Hats visibly show devilish grins as they realize that Oars is temporarily helpless and proceed to beat him up. Elsewhere on Thriller Bark, the zombies are stunned when they hear the oars screaming about it. However, the oars soon break free and the Straw Hats retreat tactically. After he finds Chopper and Usopp, the two distract him by claiming to see meat in a different direction. As the oars fall into it, Zoro and Franky manage to knock him down on all fours with a back attack on his knees. Franky is ecstatic about the crew’s progress and declares that all they need to do is hold off the zombies a little longer before Luffy is able to defeat Moria. However, Zoro doesn’t feel like they should wait that long and decides to defeat Oars himself, much to Franky’s dismay. Usopp chimes in that they should wait for Luffy, but Sanji agrees with Zoro, saying that the others should run if they want to. Despite continued protests from Usopp, Zoro confirms his interest in testing his new Shusui blade, stating that black blades are world renowned for their hardness.
Nami catches up with Perona and her subordinates at the edge of Thriller Bark and asks her for the treasure and the Thousand Sunny. Perona is relieved that it wasn’t Usopp who was able to catch up to her, but wonders how Nami got out of the wedding ceremony with Absalom. He confirms his intention to indeed steal the Straw Hats’ treasure and ship, and prepares to deal with Nami herself. However, Nami notices a gigantic, imposing figure behind Perona, who soon notices it herself. After several zombies notice that he has caused several of them to disappear without a trace, Perona reveals that the figure is Bartholomew Kuma of the Seven Warriors of the Sea. He further notes that the atrocities Kuma committed as a pirate are out of scope as several zombies panic that someone with the same title as their master has suddenly appeared in Thriller Bark. Peron is unnerved by the experience, but manages to regain her composure and answer the sea warrior after he asks about Moria. She says she’s leaving alone and prepares to fight Kuma after he asks where she’d like to go on vacation. However, before she can actually attack, Kuma removes her right glove and makes it disappear with just a touch, confusing Nami. The zombies are confused and outraged by what happened to their princess, but ultimately decide not to try to fight the Warlord. Kuma, still frozen in fear, notices Nami and recognizes her as the “Cat Thief” from the Straw Hat Pirates. She asks her if it’s true that Luffy has a brother after he immediately appears near her, making her wonder what ability he’s using. Seemingly pleased with the information Nami is giving him about Ace, he leaves, assuring her that she has no interest in his interest in her captain. Nami, in turn, is concerned about the threat Kuma’s power poses to her captain, and decides to warn Luffy about him as soon as possible.
Elsewhere on the island, Luffy manages to catch up with someone he believes to be Moria, but it turns out to be just another one of Moria’s “Doppelman” shadows. As dawn approaches, Luffy wonders where he is.
