Summary:
After taking most of the marines outside the Human Auction House, Luffy says that Kid and Law have the weirdest powers there, to which Kid retorts that Luffy is just as weird as them. The marines get worried, one says they have to hold on until Kizaru arrives. Law replies that the three captains can’t wait that long and throws the severed head, which is still alive. The head marine warns his comrades about the Law’s Room technique, though it’s too late, the room is already there and there are about a dozen marines.
Law uses Shambles on the marines and their body parts change. Meanwhile, Luffy goes into Gear 3 mode and uses his giant arm to take out the marines. As the marines prepare to shoot at Luffy, their weapons are raised into the air by Kid, who has created a monstrous arm from all the weapons and metal objects nearby. The three captains are to wreak havoc with their Devil Fruit powers.
The rest of the crew appear, all making small comments, as does Rayleigh. As the crews begin to escape, the Marines surround the building.
Kid tells Luffy it was a pleasure to meet him, but says he won’t be so merciful next time. Then, to both Law and Kid’s surprise, Luffy says that he will find One Piece. At this point, Killer stops the Marine from killing Kid. Killer yells at Kid for not paying attention, but Kid ignores it. Kid tells Luffy that he killed everyone who laughed at his dream of finding the One Piece. He says that anyone who does not have this dream in the New World is as good as dead. Kid tells Law and Luffy to meet him in the New World.
The crews are preparing to depart. Kid goes as Killer and Heat clear the way for him. An enraged Marine tries to kill Law, but Bepo arrives and defeats the Marine along with some others. Sanji clears the way for Luffy as the Rosy Life Riders prepare to take the straw pirates away. The Straw Hat Pirates begin fighting the Marines and soon escape.
Law releases the slave, formerly a pirate captain, Jean Bart, and asks him to join the Heart Pirates, which Bart volunteers to do. Law states that half of Bart’s thanks should go to Luffy since he was the one who caused the incident.
As the Kid Pirates head for their ship, the Kid walks through the beam and what appears to be Bartholomew Kuma is standing on the hill. Shocked, Kid asks why there would be a warrior on this island, ending the chapter.
