At her suggestion, Caesar abandons the battle and leaves to try to find Law, though he promises that he has a way to make Luffy and his friends into guinea pigs. Luffy tries to follow him, but Monet gets in his way, claiming that “Joker” (Doflamingo) will kill her if anything happens to Caesar, causing Luffy to question Doflamingo’s motivations.
In the passageway connecting buildings A and B, Sanji and Vergo begin to fight, with Sanji landing a “Flange Strike”, sending Vergo into a wall.
