Summary:
The people of Arabasta cheer the Nefertari family as they sail away, and Toto notes that Vivi looked excited. The goat replies that he supposes her piratical tendencies have resurfaced. On the naval ship next to the royal ship, Hina reports that they have left Arabasta and she will see to it that the Nefertari family gets safely to Mary Geoise. Meanwhile, Vivi is standing in the crow’s nest feeling the ocean breeze as she is told to get down. Igaram is worried about the scary things that could happen to her up there, but Pell says that he has a lot of experience on the ship. Kobra coughs and Chaka tells him not to push himself; he said they could come back if he wasn’t on the way. Cobra refuses, saying that he’s wanted to ask the World Government about the Poneglyphs ever since he met Nico Robin, so he’d go to Levela no matter what. He also wants to know what the founder of the Nefertari family was doing all those years ago. Vivi jumps aboard, causing Igaram to scream in fear, but Vivi lands easily and goes to her father. She asks him how he’s doing and Cobra wonders how long he has left knowing Vivi has to choose a husband. He says there are many pictures of suitors in the palace, but Vivi says she can throw them away.
In Loguetown, the servants welcome Sterry, the newly crowned king of the Kingdom of Goa, and his wife, Sarie Nantokanette, to their hotel, which only served kings traveling to Levela. Nantokanette remarks that she has seen worse and asks her husband what he thinks. However, Sterry is hardly satisfied, saying that he only had a view of Gol D. Roger’s execution platform. The servants wish him a good rest, but he tells them to go away, as he didn’t want trash near him. It turns out many countries are excited about Levely, a meeting of royals from more than 50 countries on Mary Geoise. They will discuss global affairs and plan for the future. However, peaceful conversation between very diverse rulers is often very difficult. In the land of Kano in West Blue, someone reports to the ruler that Chinjao and Sai have not yet returned, but the war is over. The ruler replies that it looks like they won’t make it to the Levels in time and that he wants them to say many things. In the Black Drum Kingdom in the South Blue, Wapol plots how to take down Dalton. On Drum Island, Dalton reacts with shock at Kureh’s announcement that he will accompany him as his doctor. At Dressrose, Rebecca asks Viola if she can go to Levely, to which she agrees as Mansherry expresses excitement. Elizabello II calls Riku Doldo III saying that he has refused his escort ship and that they can go to Levela together. Doldo comments that everyone is taking it as a vacation, to which Elizabello does not object. In Ryugu Kingdom, Shirahoshi is afraid to go up despite her brothers’ pleas as Manboshi states that they have enough signatures for their petition. Neptune says that if Shirahoshi doesn’t leave, they will appear distrustful of humans, and Fukaboshi reminds his sister of their mother Otohime’s dream.
Somewhere out at sea, Luffy gives his crew orders to sail, but they barely follow as they’re still recovering from the fall from Zou. Nami says to go to the harbor for a bit, and Carrot quickly takes up the task. Carrot expresses amazement that they are floating on water, and Sanji’s rescue team is confused to see her on board. Carrot hugs the Straw Hats and Pedro asks if they can go back, but Carrot says Wanda will be mad at her and begs them to let her go. Carrot shows them the things she packed, even though they only last half a day if the voyage takes several days. She continues to express her awe at the sea when Luffy agrees to let her come aboard while he eats one of her carrots. Carrot sees this and pounces on him, biting his neck. Nami tells Luffy to pat Carrot on the head, causing the mink to become obedient and allow Luffy to have her carrot. Chopper is amazed that Carrot could have killed Luffy and Luffy says he is hungry and tells someone to make a feast. Nami agrees, but charges each of them Beli5000. As they argue, Pedro receives a newspaper which reveals that the headquarters of the revolutionary army has been discovered in a state of ruins.
