Summary;
The battle is still going on between the Shandia fighters and the Divine Soldiers. Robin, still in ruins, investigates. She finds a monument that she believes must have been built after the city fell and she learns that the name of the ancient city is Shandra. Robin continued to make notes about what she learned about Shandra; she told herself that she would continue to explore and perhaps find some clue to True History that she could not find in the sea below. Just as she was observing and taking notes, Yama appeared. Robin asked if Yama was one of the God’s Army and Yama was upset to hear this as he claimed to be the leader of the God’s Soldiers. Robin introduced himself and she asked what he wanted from her, to which Yama replied that he would soon see.
Chopper in a scared expression in front of Gedatsu commented on how Gedatsu’s eyes are turned back and his white eyes look scary. The divine soldier tells Gedatsu to direct his eyes to see the enemy and Gedatsu does so with a shocked expression. This surprised Chopper who then thought Gedatsu was stupid. Realizing that Gedatsu was the enemy, Chopper told Gedatsu that he must be one of the priests. Gedatsu introduced himself and his Ordeal, but did not speak aloud. The divine soldier again told Gedatsu to speak loudly or he wouldn’t be heard. Surprised, Gedatsu says that he was careless and tells Chopper that he is in the Ordeal of Swamp, which has a 50% chance of survival, but only because of his incompetence, otherwise it would be 5%. Gedatsu, flying his Milky Dial, commented that the tanuki were not worth his time and attempted to attack Chopper with the Numamugo Burger. However, the attack hit the Divine Soldier instead. Realizing that it’s a cloud attack that can’t peel off, Chopper sucks in the victim the more the victim tries to fight the cloud.
Just then, Gedatsu noticed Chopper and threw another Numamugo Burger at him, which Chopper dodged. Chopper ran to the Divine Soldier and saved him. Gedatsu scolded the Divine Soldier for allowing himself to be saved by Chopper. Divine Soldier then challenged Gedatsu, giving Chopper some motivation to fight. Gedatsu then attacked the Divine Soldier with Jet Punch, killing him. Chopper started to run but was challenged by Gedatsu. Gedatsu launched a Jet Punch at Chopper. However, Chopper bit the Rumble Ball and used his Jumping Point to avoid the attack. The battle between Gedatsu and Chopper then began.
Yama launched an attack on Robin. Robin got upset that Yama was destroying ruins that Yama didn’t even care about. Yama used Punch Mountain on Robin who destroyed another ruin and Robin called Yama a fool. Meanwhile, Luffy is still trying to find a way out of the “cave”.
Chopper eventually discovered that Gedatsu’s weak point was his legs and climbed up the ruins to grab Gedatsu’s legs. Unaware of what was happening, Gedatsu kicked Chopper away and launched another Numamugo Burger. Chopper dodged the attack and jumped into the sky. Noting that the sky is where he fights his battles, Gedatsu followed Chopper. It wasn’t until he jumped into the sky that Gedatsu noticed that one of his shoes was missing. He launched another Jet Punch that missed Chopper, who then retaliated by attacking Gedatsu with Arm Point: Obit Cross. Gedatsu falls into the swamp and Chopper is temporarily relieved until he sees Gedatsu still moving. Chopper started yelling for Gedatsu to sink deeper into the swamp. Gedatsu tried to use the Milky Dial on his other leg to escape, but it pushed him all the way into the swamp; Chopper then bragged about defeating Gedatsu.
Aisa is then seen on the dialed ship and heard Gedatsu’s defeated voice and said to herself about defeating another priest. At that moment, her ship stopped working and the Sky Shark began to attack her, eating half of her ship. She was then rescued by Conis and Pagaya before being eaten by a shark. Conis introduced Su and Pagaya Aise. Aisa asked to be taken to the Upper Yard, and Conis mentioned that they were on their way there to take the Straw Hats away from Skypiea. Aisa then told them that the Strawmen were already on their way out, and Conis pleaded with Aisa to lead them to the Strawmen.
Chopper is then shown applauding that he is finally a pirate, commenting on finding the gold himself. He wondered if “over there” was gold that resembled a beanstalk. He says the rest of the survey crew might be arriving soon.
