Summary:
At the Blue Sea Train station, two employees talk about how “some guy” managed to get on the Sea Train, but note that he will be captured by government agents on board. The two men then notice Paulie and Nami nearby and decide to spy on them. However, they are quickly spotted by Paulie, who says that the Sea Train left early. One of the men informs Paulie that the Sea Train had to leave early due to the imminent arrival of the Aqua Laguna. Paulie then talks to Nami saying how impossible it is to get another Sea Train heading to Enies Lobby and thinks Nami is crying. However, Nami suddenly bursts into a rage wanting to go after them. Nami then asks Paulie for a powerful ship, but Paulie says it’s too dangerous. Suddenly, Paulie grabs everyone and a large wave engulfs the entire lower part of the station. Paulie is shocked to see the damage he caused, even though the real storm hasn’t hit yet, and says that Aqua Laguna is different this year. Nami asks if the Sea Train that Robin is in is in any danger and Paulie says that the Sea Train is able to break through the waves. Suddenly another man calls Nami saying he has a message. Nami then looks at the writing on the wall and knows that Sanji is doing it. Nami reads the letter and after ignoring the love letter parts, is informed that Sanji has boarded the Sea Train and Usopp and some arrogant duck-tailed thug are there. The man then gives Nami the Den Den Mushi and is informed by Sanji’s letter that he will contact her once he obtains another one himself. Paulie is stunned that Sanji has been following Robin and Nami decides to let everyone else know.
Aboard the Sea Train, Sanji can be seen in the back. Back in town, Nami informs Chopper of what she read, and Chopper is relieved that Robin has some help. Nami says they can’t do anything until they find Luffy and Zoro first. Citizens Nami, Chopper and Water 7 also decided to help. In the Sea Train, Sanji wonders how to get onto the train itself. Suddenly, a government agent appears, commenting on the storm, and notices Sanji. Sanji then attacks the government agent with a vicious kick, sending the government agent flying into the Sea Train. The other government agents draw their weapons and demand to know who Sanji is, and Sanji prepares to attack.
Sanji gets in, but the government agents threaten to shoot him. One of the government agents wants to have Rob Lucci informed of Sanji’s presence, but suddenly a very large man standing over Sanji says that CP9 shouldn’t bother with such a “small matter”. The man is revealed to be Jerry, who says he is a famous, undefeated champion known for his boxing skills in South Blue. Unfazed by Sanji’s agent’s claims, Jerry decides to beat Sanji with his fists. The other government agents try to stop Jerry, but Jerry unleashes a flurry of punches that end up missing Sanji and hitting the other government agents. Jerry then taunts Sanji before going into position, Sanji angrily tells Jerry that he just shortened his reach. Jerry then says that it’s part of his plan and then tries to hit Sanji with the drill but misses. Sanji then effortlessly takes out Jerry with Brochette and the other government agents are shocked at how easily Sanji took Jerry down. Meanwhile, Corgi is seen talking to CP9 about the many government agents in the other cars. CP9 seems unimpressed, and Corgi says he needn’t worry about a potential raid. Sanji is then seen preparing to descend further.
Back in the city, Nami, Chopper and the citizens are seen still trying to find Luffy and Zoro. Paulie then wonders if Iceburg was informed about everything and one of the citizens says that two men came to tell them. At the remains of the Galley-La Company, Iceburg is seen getting up and walking away, confusing both men. In town, Nami, Chopper and the others are still calling out for Luffy and Zoro. Meanwhile, two train station employees are seen in a closed shop trying to look for food after Nami told them to do so earlier. Time has passed and they are having no luck finding Luffy and Zoro. Nami is determined to find Luffy and Zoro to save Robin.
On higher ground, Paulie is seen walking up to a group of people who want to know what’s going on. Kokoro is seen looking at the city and remarks how you can tell how strong the storm will be by the evidence. Kokoro tells Chimney and Gonbe to look and what can be seen is that the entire sea has dried up. Paulie and the others are horrified to see this, and Paulie notes how strong the storm will be this time. Chimney suddenly tells Kokoro that she sees something and finally Nami appears. Chimney tells Nami that she sees something, but Nami is shocked to see that the sea has dried up. Suddenly Nami spots something between the two buildings and upon closer inspection it turns out to be Luffy still trying to break free. Kokoro also notices Luffy and Nami rushing into the back streets to get him. Kokoro yells at her saying it’s too dangerous to go down there when there’s a storm coming, but Nami ignores it and runs to Luffy.
