Summary:
Rocketman is seen walking through an underground tunnel to the surprise of the Straw Hats. Luffy ends up getting water up his nose, which annoys Nami. Luffy feels himself falling and Kokoro says they are almost at the exit. Suddenly, Rocketman bursts out of Water 7 and into the sea. Zambai and the rest of the Frank family follow with their royal bulls, Sodom and Gomorrah. Zambai thanks Luffy for allowing them to come and fires the link cannons that connect their ship to Rocketman. Zoro yells at them for almost hitting him. Luffy asks Kokoro if Rocketman can go faster and Kokoro says yes once they reach the railway. Kokoro then spots the railway and tries to get the Sea Train on them, but it keeps moving away much to her annoyance. Suddenly, Chimney and Gonbe are seen at the front much to the shock of Kokoro who thought they were staying with Iceburg. Kokoro asks Luffy to get them, but soon Rocketman gets on the rail and its speed increases dramatically. Luffy, Chimney, and Gonbe are sent flying away, but luckily they run into one of the larger Franky Family members.
The two Sea Train employees watch as Rocketman finally makes it to the rail and speeds away. They comment on Kokor’s experience driving the Sea Train. He thinks they should inform Iceburg of the current situation. Elsewhere, Iceburg is seen looking worried. Iceburg remembers Kokoro telling him that Franky survived being run over by the sea train, so he’ll be fine. Iceburg remembers seeing Kokoro drinking some time ago and is saddened to think that Franky died. Kokoro tells Iceburg that she knows he can be Tom’s first apprentice. Iceburg then tells Kokor that they will share a drink one day and says that he will watch over Tom’s dreams. Years later, Iceburg is informed by Kalifa that someone named “Cutty Flam” is here to see him. Iceburg looks very shocked but tells Kalif to turn him away. Later that night, Iceburg meets Franky at a different location. Iceburg is surprised to see Franky’s new body, but Franky tells him that the Sea Train crushed his old body so he had to make another one. However, Franky is upset that Iceburg is building ships for the world government after what they did to Tom years ago. Iceburg angrily tells Franky about who made the weapons that caused the incident. Iceburg goes on to claim that he never forgave Franky, even though Tom did. Moments later, Iceburg is seen giving the plans for Pluton to Franky, telling him to stop calling himself “Cutty Flam” because he knows the World Government will target him. He then tells Franky to leave Water 7, but Franky is worried that the World Government will go after Iceburg. Tearing down, Iceburg says he’s glad Franky is alive. Franky then yells at Iceburg and says he won’t leave Water 7 and Iceburg yells at him that it’s to protect the plans.
Back in the present and on the Sea Train heading to Enies Lobby, Franky can be seen climbing to the top of it. Franky wonders why he’s thinking about Iceburg, but he’s afraid Lucci will tell him he’s dead. In Rocketman, Luffy, Chimney, and Gonbe are brought in after nearly dying. Zoro comments on the few other people they got, referring to Paulie, Peepley Lulu, and Tilestone. Paulie decides to figure out that the enemies they’re after are the same ones who tried to kill Iceburg. Tilestone and Lulu agree to follow Paulie and seek revenge on Iceburg. Zambai speaks and says that the enemy is also the one who kidnapped Franky. Lulu and Tilestone then tell Paulie to tell them who the perpetrators of Iceburg’s assassination attempt are, saying that they won’t be shocked by who they are. Paulie says that the culprits are Lucci, Kaku, Kalifa and Blueno, but to his anger, Tilestone and Lulu are very surprised to think that someone else was the culprit. Luffy suddenly speaks and says that even though they had a fight with the Galley-La Company and the Franky Family earlier, they all share a common enemy. Luffy says that the strongest of the group and Lucci and that he will be the one to fight him. Zoro says it’s a fight against the four. Nami notices the giant Aqua Laguna waves coming, but Luffy ignores it and offers to form an alliance. Paulie and Zambai agree to the alliance and Luffy says that for now they fight as one and together they will reach their goal. Everyone cheers as Rocketman approaches the big wave.
