One Piece Episode 258

Summary:

Sogeking makes his grand appearance. Franky and Sanji are not fooled by his costume, but try to humor him. First they come up with a plan, then disconnect the last two cars and fight their way through the rest. Back at Rocketman, Luffy, Zoro, Nami, and Chopper change into clothes; Nami shows off the weapon that Usopp upgraded for her while he was still with them.
Sogeking introduces himself to Sanji and Franky and plays his theme song. Sogeking continues to sing his theme song, but Sanji and Franky are not fooled by Usopp’s disguise. Franky wonders why Usopp is dressed like that and Sanji says that Usopp is too proud to show his face to the rest of the crew, but he still wants to help save Robin. Franky tells Sogeking to come and Sogeking does. Sanji then starts a meeting about the plan to save Robin. Sanji says he needs to find out which wagon Robin is in, while Sogeking asks if they want to know where he’s from. Sanji asks Franky if he’s strong and of course Franky says he’s been stronger lately. Sanji says the goal is to save Robin and everyone agrees. Sanji then says that he has a plan and tells it to Franky and Sogeking.

On board, Rocketman, Tilestone, Peepley Lulu, and Zambai all witnessed Nami changing in front of them. Paulie angrily tells Nami to cover herself better and tells Mozu and Kiwi to do the same. However, Paulie is told that he is too shy and Paulie seethes with rage. Kokoro offers to change as well, but Tilestone, Lulu, and Zambai quickly reject the offer. Luffy tries to stuff meat into his new black shorts, but Nami tells him not to. Kokoro believes they can make it and Luffy says he has a reason to beat them now. Zoro notices that Nami has a new weapon and Nami says that it is the Perfect Climate Tact that Usopp modified before he left. Nami and Luffy sigh in disappointment at Usopp’s latest work and Zoro angrily tells them not to get depressed.

Back on the Puffing Tom, Sanji with Franky and Sogeking prepare to put their plan into motion, and Corgi informs Rob Lucci that there is an intruder on board. Lucci says it’s embarrassing that they let someone sneak on board, but that person can’t get off once the train moves. Lucci tells Corgi that the intruder and the missing prisoners are still somewhere on the train and they need to find him. In Wagon 6, T Bone and the other marines are still trying to find Sanji, Franky, and Sogeking. Suddenly there is a knock on the door and Sanji, Franky and Sogeking all say “Good evening” before closing the door again. The Marines rush to open the door while Sogeking tries to hammer nails into it to slow it down. T Bone suddenly speaks up and says he’ll take care of the door. T Bone uses his Chokkaku Senko: Bone Soir technique to slice at the door.

The door flies off before the attack, but Sanji, Franky, and Sogeking have already escaped. Suspecting that they are heading for the roof, T Bone climbs up to see that they are already on Car 5. Knowing what they are about to do, T Bone tells the Marines to quickly get to the other side. However, it is too late as the doors are locked and the train cars are disconnected. Sanji is happy that the plan is working, and Sogeking wonders if Luffy and the others will run into the disconnected wagon. Sanji says they’ll figure something out and before heading to the next carriage, it opens and a government agent flies out. Sanji, along with Franky and Sogeking, enter and are confronted by some World Government agents. Sanji takes some of them out with Frito Assorti while Sogeking fires his Gunpowder Star at some and Franky uses Strong Right on more of them. A couple of agents shoot at Franky, but it misses him. Franky then throws a long chair at the agents knocking them out. Sanji and Sogeking are surprised that the gunshots didn’t go through him and wonder what it is. Franky tells them that he is a cyborg and Sanji is surprised to hear that they existed. Excited, Sogeking stabs Franky in the back with a needle and Franky screams in pain, waiting to know why Sogeking did this. Sogeking is surprised to see that the gun shots have no effect on him, but the needles hurt. Franky says his back is not the same as his front because he does the surgery himself. Franky then shows off his fridge, which impresses Sanji and Sogeking. Sanji says he has to go on.

Sanji, Franky, and Sogeking arrive in train car 4 and are greeted by an erratic cook named Wanze. Wanze rushes over and offers to cook ramen for them by eating the flour, then pulls the noodles from his nose. Wanze offers it to them, but Sanji, Franky, and Sogeking quickly decline. Sanji says he has to go on, but Wanze gets in his way, saying he has to go through him first. Wanze says that Robin is an important prisoner and to save her he must defeat his Ramen Kenpa. Sogeking questions Ramen Kenpo, but Wanze mocks him, angering Sogeking. Sanji tells him to calm down and Franky tries to shoot Wanza. However, his shots miss and Franky is shocked to see that Wanze easily dodged the shots and even smiles at it. Wanze says he thought his heart was going to jump out of his chest, and this upsets Franky. Franky and Sogeking want to fight Wanza, but Sanji calms them down, telling Wanza that if he was a real chef, he would behave with more dignity. Wanze looks the other way and an angry Sanji tries to kick him. Sogeking comments on how Wanze dodged the kick and even smiles at it. Wanze says he thought he was going to die and both Franky and Sogeking tell Wanze to stop making that face. When Sanji has had enough, he tells Franky and Sogeking to continue while he deals with Wanzo.
