Summary:
Spandam is informed that an intruder has entered the area. Luffy confuses the marines guarding the entrance gate by manipulating one of their own comrades into fighting them. The Franky Family and Galley La Company arrive while the straw pirates are still on the sea train. Since they aren’t all as mobile as Luffy, they have to team up to get inside. The giant gate guards Kashii and Oimo come to fight the Franky Family.
Spandam receives a report from a marine that there are a lot of people rushing through the main gate and they need reinforcements. The Franky Family rushes into the Sodom and Gomorrah ride and blasts some marines. Spandam wants to know what’s going on. Beyond the main gate, the largest members of the Franky family, the Kairiki destroyers are the first to step out and begin fighting through the marines. Meanwhile, Robin is seen turning around with a worried look on her face and Rob Lucci tells her it’s too late to change her mind. Robin and the rest of CP9 with Franky continue walking.
Just outside Enies Lobby, more pirates can be seen preparing for Rocketman. Kokoro then says over the loud speaker that they have four minutes left to recharge.
Meanwhile, Luffy approaches a group of marines and politely asks if he can pass, but a marine lunges at Luffy with a spear. However, Luffy avoids this and uses a new, unique move known as Gomu Gomu no Mikata Robo, which allows him to “control” the captured marine. Luffy uses a captured marine to shoot down several marines who claim he cannot control his actions. The two marines attempt to attack Luffy from behind, but Luffy escapes and the two marines attack the previously captured marine instead. Luffy escapes through the other gate and tells the marines that they will have more people to fight later.
The marines are forced to tell Spandam that Luffy has made it to the main island. Spandam is furious as he demands to know what happened to Kashia and Oimo as he thinks they have been eliminated as well. However, the Marine says that he might be asleep, and Spandam angrily tells the Marine to wake them up. Jabra wonders why everyone is rioting over one intruder, but says that he and the others will take care of him. Spandam says that this is not necessary because the Enies Lobby is the path to world government and is a symbol of justice. Spandam continues, saying that it will be embarrassing if the Straw Hats manage to save their one crew member, and promises that the Straw Hats will pay.
Back at the main gate, Spandam demands to know what’s going on from the doorman. However, the gatekeeper was taken out as Franky Family and Galley-La took out some marines. Paulie takes out the group with a Rope Action: Figure of Eight Knot, while Zambai smashes some with his cannon, not wanting to waste any ammo on the weaker men. Paulie tells the others to open the main gate and Mozu and Kiwi agree. Peepley Lulu knocks out a marine while Tilestone bear hugs another. Mozu and Kiwi manage to use their swords to open the locks and the Kairiki destroyer pushes open the large door. The Franky Family celebrates the opening of the door and everyone rushes inside. Zambai suddenly shouts to some of the others that he has a plan and needs help. As the Franky Family members advance, they are ambushed by two giants, Kashii and Oimo. Kashii and Oimo mock the Franky Family for their size and the Kairiki Destroyers agree to fight them. However, even the largest members of the Franky Family are no match for the two giants and are effortlessly taken out to the surprise and shock of the rest of the Franky Family. Kashii and Oimo continue to taunt the Franky Family, saying they won’t let them pass, but the Franky Family are determined to save Franky. Back at the gates, Kokoro says they have two minutes to get inside. Meanwhile, Luffy finds himself surrounded by many marines and government agents. One of them taunts Luffy saying they have 10,000 soldiers. Luffy prepares to fight and orders the marines to get out of his way.
