Summary:
As the battle between the Straw Hats and CP9 rages on, Nami seems to be at a disadvantage. However, with a distraction from Chopper at Monster Point, Nami finds the weakness of Kalifa’s ability: water. After he returns to normal, he uses his Perfect Clima-tact to duplicate it by five.
Spandam continues to drag Robin down the path to the Gate of Justice, who tries to talk Buster Call out of him. He hopes that when he turns her, he will promote Spandam. He also reminds her that Luffy is fighting Lucci and will probably lose.
Meanwhile, Luffy and Lucci continue to fight in the warehouse and the pirate tries to throw his enemy aside, however Lucci kicks Luffy away from the door that leads him to Robin. He also prevents the crate from hitting him and avoids Luffy’s quick punches. Lucci continues to dominate the fight.
The Marines and Agents continue to run for their lives while Chimney notices that the Enies Lobby tower is all broken. He tells Kokor about the secret path he and Luffy took.
Elsewhere, Kalifa prepares more bubbles and uses Shave to surprise Nami. He continues to soften Nami. He can’t even use Clima-Tact with his slippery body. Kalifa thinks she made the Straw Hat Navigator beautiful and tries to Tempest Kick her. But what hit was fake. Nami created a mirage. Kalifa frantically tries to hit Nami, but keeps running into baits. Just then, Chopper bursts through in his Monster form.
Kaku and Jabra attempt to take down Usopp and Zoro before Buster Call arrives. As they fight, Zoro learns that the two CP9 agents are afraid of the Nose Sword. Swordsman Straw Hat decided on a killing attack; Allure. Kaku and Jabra think Zoro is trying to lure them in and attack them. Zoro attacks but they both dodge.
During Kalifa and Nami’s fight, Kalifa thinks Chopper is the other one, but Nami notices the reindeer and barely recognizes him. Agent CP9 tries to hit the doctor. Nami tries to talk Chopper down, but he continues his rampage. The tub thrown by Chopper hits Sanji hard and the monstrous reindeer continues its rampage. Kalifa then tries another Tempest Kick, but even in her slippery state Nami dodges. Suddenly, the slipperiness due to the bath water disappears. Nami tries to get to the leaking water, but Kalifa stands in her way.
Kalifa continues to hold Nami at her mercy, but Nami casts Cloudy Tempo and summons Rain Tempo, washing away all the softness from Nami. It will then cool the area. Nami then puts on a series of illusions, fat Nami, stout Nami, skinny Nami, and shot Nami. With this, Nami prepares her final strike.
