Summary:
When Luffy and Nyon come to question her, one of her subjects arrives and reveals that Hancock has contracted a deadly disease. Hancock has caught an unknown disease and for some reason feels great pain. When Nyon deduces her illness, she says she knows the illness, and when Hancock asks if she’s going to die, Nyon says she will, angering Sandersonia and Marigold, who tells her not to joke, and she says no. She tells Hancock that her illness killed her previous predecessors and that Luffy is here to see her and surprisingly Hancock says that he will see him, much to everyone’s shock that she gets up, especially Nyon who wonders if Luffy really proved himself alter. Hancock so much. Luffy sees her on the balcony and asks if she’s okay, and she says she’s not sick. Luffy tells her about his brother and his desire to save him and begs her to take him to Impel Down and answer the call to war. Despite all of this, Hancock, while blushing heavily, says that she will happily take the call and go wherever Luffy wishes, to which Luffy thanks her and can now make it to Ace in time. Her family is shocked by such a thing and her sisters ask what is going on and Nyon says that her illness is called “Love Sickness” and that Hancock fell in love with Luffy and all the previous empresses died from being away from their loved ones. As Luffy celebrates being able to get to Ace, Hancock watches happily, giggling and blushing slightly at Luffy’s antics.
At the palace with Nyon, Hancock is confused with herself and she doesn’t want to disappoint Luffy’s request and she just said that she will do it without thinking and she doesn’t feel bad about it and she feels happy. Nyon explains that what she feels for Luffy is love because all the previous empresses fell in love with a man, but because of their position as empresses they had to stay on the island and the pain of not being with their loved ones caused them to die. to be far from their desired ones. However, Hancock survives if he goes with Luffy, which means he has to leave the island.

A marine brings news to Sengoku, telling him that Hancock is heading to headquarters. Sengoku is clearly pleased with the announcement that Hancock was the sixth of the seven Shichibukai. The only one who doesn’t want to join the war against Whitebeard is Jinbe. Sengoku has Jinbe sent down to Impel Down to “cool his head” as it seems Jinbe has come and caused a ruckus.
Another marine enters, announcing that Admiral Kizaru has captured 500 pirates from the Sabaody Archipelago. Sengoku says not to bother him unless it’s Whitebeard, at which point another marine enters, saying that the Whitebeard Pirates are on the move. The Marine says they lost contact with the 23 ships that were guarding Whitebeard, they all disappeared immediately, most likely intercepted by the Whitebeard pirates. He also states that other pirate crews are on the move in the New World. It is not known if any of them are any large pirate crews. Sengoku tells the marines to start guarding Impel Down while Whitebeard tries to get Ace out.
Meanwhile, Garp is in Impel Down and goes to visit Ace in prison. Garp asks Ace if she’s still alive. Unsurprisingly, Ace laughs and says ‘old man’.
