Summary:
Arriving at Green Bit, the group discovers a naval ship that has crashed, believing that marines have landed on the island. With 14 minutes left in the exchange, Robin and Usopp begin searching the island while Law takes Caesar to the rendezvous point.
While exploring, Robin and Usopp discover a squad of marines who are attacked by forest dwellers and lose all their belongings. Once the marines have fled, Robin uses his Devil Fruit power to catch the swift and seemingly invisible thieves. Usopp asks her what she caught and she tells him that she believes they are dwarves.
Meanwhile in Acacia, Zoro captured his sword thief, a dwarf named Wicca, who blamed himself for being caught. Having sprained her ankle in the fall, she begged Zoro to take her to the flower field to deliver the news that the Donquijote family was planning to attack the Straw Hats’ ship. Zoro had no choice but to take her with him due to his terrible sense of direction.
When Violet revealed her true self, Sanji was seen beaten and bloodied in front of Violet, who was actually an assassin sent to interrogate him about Law’s plan. Her Devil Fruit power allows her to look into Sanji’s mind and seek the truth, only to recoil when she sees Sanji’s twisted mind. Sanji, who was barely conscious, told her that he never doubted her tears, leaving her truly shocked, brought to tears by his honesty.
Arriving at Green Bit, the group can find no sign of the people who caught the fish, and notices both a large number of shipwrecks and the giant, lush forest of Green Bit. Law then discovers that the southeast beach is just ahead, while Usopp notices a naval ship that has crashed into the island, and Robin uses his binoculars to confirm that the ship has recently damaged plants and trees. Robin also notes that the ship itself isn’t badly damaged, and Caesar becomes paranoid that the exchange has been compromised and complains to Law, who wonders what to do next. Caesar pleads with Law to call off the exchange since the marines are there and he is the enemy of the marines, but Law refuses, noting that since he is an ally of the Straw Pirates, the marines are now his enemy as well and that he will. they need Robin and Usopp’s powers to explore the forest and make sure nothing strange is going on.
Robin and Usopp then leave to search the forest after 14 minutes before they switch, with Robin taking the lead and Usopp following. The two then notice a group of Marines in a clearing talking to an unknown person, the Marines ask if there is a Straw Hat, to which the unknown person comments that he is not and that his name is Leo. Leo then asks if the marines are good or bad, to which the marines reply that they are good, prompting Leo to ask them to lay down their weapons. Unfortunately the Marines don’t and in the blink of an eye they are stripped down to their underwear. The marines flee while Robin uses a new technique to try to capture the culprits, who she believes to be dwarves.
Meanwhile, in the port city of Dressrosy, Acacia, Zoro runs with a dwarf named Wicca. Wicca was the “fairy” who stole Zoro’s sword, and due to an ankle injury she sustained while being chased by Zoro, she relies on it for transportation. While Zoro relies on Wicca to find his way due to his lack of an internal compass, Wicca also informs Zoro of several things she found out during her scouting mission, such as the fact that Doflamingo’s crew is on their way to attack the Straw Hat ship.
Back in Dressrose, Sanji is seen beaten and bloodied, surrounded by Doflamingo’s men, while Violet reveals that she tricked Sanji and actually knew who he was all along. She notes that she’s heard Sanji has a weakness for women, but she didn’t realize it was that bad. It is then revealed that Violet is actually Doflamingo’s killer and part of the Trebol Army. However, Sanji refuses to believe that Violet is a bad person, saying that she has a kind heart but is somewhere she doesn’t want to be because she was tempted by some bad people. This apparently angers Violet and she kicks Sanji in the face and tells him to stop being in love. She believes that Sanji is lying to her and is actually suppressing her anger while she searches for a way out.
Violet then demonstrates her devil fruit power, which allows her to see through people’s clothes and even into their minds. After looking into Sanji’s mind, she discovers that Law and Luffy have bonded, but is unsure of the reasons why they are on Dressrose. She then looks into Sanji’s mind again, but is repelled by his twisted thoughts and demands to know why she can’t see the details of his crew’s plan. Sanji replies that he can only think of her. Sanji then tells Violet that he believes she was telling the truth when she asked him to kill a man for her because of the tears in her eyes and shouts that he will never doubt a woman’s tears, leaving Violet deeply affected by his words.
