Summary:
Usopp, Robin and their dwarven allies prepare to battle the Donquixote pirates to rescue their 500 captured dwarven friends. As they leave, Gancho reveals to the two that the dwarves’ past with Dressrosa began over 900 years ago.
Meanwhile, in Dressrose, there is a field of sunflowers, and under the field Thunder Soldier and Franky collect some toys. It turns out they are in league with the dwarves. Franky also discovers that Zoro is there as well, watching the C block battle royale between Luffy and Don Chinjae.
In Sunny, Nami fights off Giolla, but finds her Clima Tact transformed into another work of art when Giolla reveals that she ate the Ato Ato no Mi and became an artist. In the Green Bit, the fight between Doflamingo and Law is still going on, with Law barely able to keep up with Doflamingo’s power.
Back at the Corrida Colosseum, Jesus Burgess approaches Bartolomeo and Cavendish, wondering who “the little shrew” is.
In the beginning, under the Green Bit, where the Kingdom of Tontatta lies, Leo tells Usopp that there is an underground path that connects the Green Bit and Dressrosa, which they would use as a method of transportation. The dwarf then brings Usopp and Robin to the kingdom’s airport, Tontatta Airline (TAL). Both Usopp and Nico Robin are amazed by the entire airport system and its traffic, which appears to be mobile insects and animals. Kabu and Bian appear, saying that they are ready to take off and that Leo was late. Kabu is revealed to be the leader of the Yellow Kabu Squad and a user of the Mushi Mushi no Mi, Model: Kabutomushi, which allows him to transform into a rhinoceros. Bian is revealed to be the leader of the Pink Bee squad and a user of the Mushi Mushi no Mi, Model: Suzumebachi, which allows her to transform into a hornet. While Usopp seems fascinated by transporting insects around the kingdom (he’d like to show them to Luffy as well), Kabu and Bian note that Usopp and Robin are too big, so the two of them have to ride the Linear Foxes, which are generally able to hold. 20 dwarves and runs very fast. Usopp comments that he feels like a king while riding, while Robin comments that fox fur is very beautiful. Leo shouts that with the great Usoland at his side, he will save his fellow dwarves.
As they head forward, Usopp and Robin suddenly hear a voice. It turns out to be Chief Gancho, who came out of Robin’s bosom, only to be scolded by Usopp. Gancho says that there was a matter that he had not clarified yet. He first expressed his gratitude for helping Usopp and Robin, telling them that the history between the dwarves and the Donquijote family did not begin ten years ago, but dates back to 900 years ago.
The scene switches to Dressrosa, where under a field of sunflowers lies a Dwarven army, called Riku’s Royal Army (or the Anti-Doflamingo Army) led by Thunder Soldier. He introduces Franky to his brothers-in-arms, the dwarves, who saw Franky as a strong-looking toy and a great help in the coming war. Franky looks totally confused by the concept of dwarves, and the Thunderous Soldier of Rage explains to Franky that dwarven power does not lose his power, and because of their blinding speed, the citizens of Dressrosa know them as fairies. Franky is surprised to realize that those who took Zoro’s sword were actually dwarves, but is quickly interrupted by Wicca, who yells at Zoro, who is already there watching the tournament. Zoro is upset that Luffy didn’t take him with him and claims that his swords are just itching to fight. Wicca is surprised to see her commander and Zoro greets Franky nonchalantly, then the cyborg himself berates Zoro for what the hell he’s doing there. The three dwarves report to the soldiers that both enemy and “Sugar” movements have been identified.
One of the dwarves reports that two legendary heroes have arrived, namely Robiland and Usoland, and says that’s where they’re headed. He states that they have other friends which are Luffyland, Zoroland, Namiland, Sanland, Chopperland, Fraland and Bonesland. Zoro and Franky think that it must be Usopp who is capable of telling such lies. The two then tell the dwarves that they are Zoroland and Fraland, and the dwarves seem stunned. Zoro suddenly realized that it was no time for him to be with the dwarves and that he had to return to Sunny to save Nami and the others. Wicca says that’s what she’s been trying to tell him all along.
The scene switches to the Thousand Sunny, where Nami is fighting Giolla, but is clearly on the losing side. She tries to release the Weather Egg to create snow clouds, but her Clima-Tact turns into a useless object. Nami seems disgusted by the new form of her weapon, calling it a “toy”. Giolla angrily asks Nami who she calls a supermodel, to which Nami replies that she never did. Giolla goes on to explain that her power is not to turn things into toys, even though there is one in the family. She explained that she ate the Ato Ato no Mi, which made her an Art Human and allowed her to turn things into works of art. On the other hand, Chopper’s horns turned into wings and his hooves into rabbits, rendering him useless. Momonosuke says that they want to capture him, and Brook replies that he would never give up the boy, but even his Soul Solid has turned into art. Giolla yells at the remaining pirates to stop acting like a victim and be happy that she has become art, though she is later angry that her crews and submarine are badly damaged. Giolla asks them what kind of artistic death penalty they want to give her, and Den Den Mushi starts playing in the background. Chopper answers Den Den Mushi: the law is calling. While Chopper immediately calls for Law’s help, Law ignores him and orders the crew to reach the Green Bit, where he will give them Caesar. He then hangs up. Nami remarks that the guy is almost as ruthless as Luffy, doing whatever he wants and not listening to anyone.
Outside the Coliseum, Kin’emon cheers for Luffy, leading to Sanji berating him. Kin’emon responds with his belief that one must be cheered to win.
On the surface of the Green Bit, Doflamingo appears to be cutting numerous rocks and asks a tired Law who he just called, telling him that he should return Caesar’s heart, stating that there is no point in staying there to buy some time. He also informs Law that Luffy fell right into his trap. He says that Luffy has a lot of fun in a tournament full of the strongest people (mainly outlaws), but those who lose in it will go straight to hell and never make it out of the tournament. Doflamingo exclaims that their alliance is over.
