One Piece Episode 715

Summary:

Luffy continues to convince Bellamy to stop saying that Doflamingo is not worth dying for. Bellamy refuses to listen and continues to attack Luffy.

Mansherry tries to flirt with Lee and asks him to carry her as she has injured her legs. Leo nonchalantly thinks that her selfish side has come out and says that she can heal herself since she’s always been very fast. This upsets Mansherry as she says that she is not running away and did not ask Leo to save her. Angered by her mood swings, Leo is hit on the head by Kabu telling him to just carry her, saying they don’t have time to mess around. Leo carries her on his back and complains about her attitude while the princess is happy to carry her while Kabu remarks that Leo is so fat and notes that Mansherry is polite and kind to everyone except Leo because of his feelings for him. Just as they leave, Giolla regains consciousness and comments that he needs to alert Doflamingo immediately. She knows his calculations of Mansherry Chiyu Chiyu no Mi’s abilities to restore anything at the cost of his own life, so if something were to happen to the SMILE factory, it can easily be restored to its original form. Unable to move, she begs Senor Pink to protect her at all costs.

At the SMILE factory, Franky and Pink are still at it with the cyborg landing a Strong Hammer on Pink’s face. However, Pink uses the momentum to dive underground and grab Franky from behind with his MeowMeow Suplex again. Both then fall down exhausted from their injuries. The dwarves and fans alike note that they are both at their limits, while also asking them both why they don’t dodge the attacks, stating that they have both taken them 30 times. Franky states that when a man is offered a drink, he can’t turn it away and says that Pink is a tough man. He screams that he won’t dodge a single attack, takes them all and comes out on top, saying that’s his “strong style”. He knows the dwarves are worried, but it’s a fight between men, and he vows to win in his own way and not let them become slaves again.

Touched by these words, Senor Pink says he’ll remember them as he declares that he’s not as young as he used to be and finishes it off with another move, prompting one of his fans to notice how far he is. He then asks if what Franky said is true and that the men won’t go back on their word if they attack without dodging. He swims towards Franky and tells him to try to survive this next step, declaring that if he survives he will admit defeat and take any punishment from Franky. Franky says it’s a deal as Pink grabs him and swims up to the tower in front of the factory, much to the shock of the dwarves. Pink notices how the sky is darker than usual and wishes he could go higher to see his wife Ruska and son Gimlet, but gravity is between them, prompting Franky to ask what he means. Pink reveals that he knew about Franky’s cyborg body and how it’s back is his weak spot and unleashes a devastating attack called the “Baby Buster” that knocks Franky to the ground. With Pink seemingly victorious, she turns around in shock to see Franky emerge from the wreckage, his left eye now appearing to be more cybernetic. Keeping her word, Pink admits defeat while apologizing to the Young Master. Franky unleashes a brutal “Franky Iron Boxing” on Pink, pummeling him with his enlarged fists.

During the ambush, Pink recalls how he first met the Russian on a rainy day on their first date. When he says he hates pirates, she asks Pink what he does and he lies about being a banker. In time, they marry and have a son named Gimlet. He fulfills his duties to his family and crew and returns one day to find Gimlet dead. Rus reveals that he had a fever a week ago, right when Pink disappeared and the doctor couldn’t help him. She exposes his lies and yells that she called the bank and they never heard of him wanting to know who he really is. She angrily slaps him and runs away so he doesn’t follow her. However, she fell in a landslide of rain and sand and was buried on top, leaving her in a vegetative state with the statement that she would not have long to live. Pink can only mourn her condition and blame herself for her and Gimlet’s fate. The following year, he visits her regularly and does everything in his power to make her smile again. He wishes to hear her voice and see her smile even a little, so he puts on Gimlet’s cap because it had his face. Just as he’s putting it off, thinking it wasn’t funny, he’s shocked to see the Russian smiling.
