Summary:
With nowhere to run, Bege transforms into a fortress known as the Big Father. The Alliance quickly tries to retreat to the fortress, but are intercepted by the Big Mom Pirates, who rescue Brûlée from their clutches. However, the Vinsmoke family don their raid suits and defeat the Big Mom Pirates, allowing their new allies to retreat. Bege then tries to attack Big Mom, only to be stopped by Perosper and Katakuri as the Big Mom Pirates besiege him.
Meanwhile, Du Feld attempts to steal the contents of the Tamatebako, but Big Mom’s scream ends up blasting the chest off the roof of the castle.With Big Mom’s pirates back on the move and surrounding him and his allies, Bege activates Rook In Voller Größe: Big Father, turning his entire body into a fortress and growing to a massive size. He tells his crew and allies to get in, and the Fire Tank pirates shoot at the Big Mom Pirates to keep them at bay. As Nami, Chopper, and Carrot run towards Bege, they are knocked down by Caesar, who rockets to safety, causing them to get stuck in some cake. Caesar’s advance is halted when Katakuri grabs Brûlée, who is still held in Caesar’s backpack, with a mochi arm. After a short struggle, Caesar breaks out of the sack and Katakuri saves Brûlée. Katakuri then leads his comrades towards Bege and shoots several Fire Tank Pirates with jelly. Nami, Chopper, and Carrot pull themselves out of the cake and try to get to Bege, but Nami is caught by Smoothie. Chopper unsuccessfully tries to attack Smoothie before being grabbed by the oven, and Carrot is restrained by Daifuku’s genie.
Meanwhile, Du Feld manages to get some mochi earplugs to protect himself from Big Mom’s screams. He goes to steal the treasure in Tamatebak, but to his horror, Big Mom’s scream throws the chest off the roof of the castle.
At the Vinsmoke family’s table, several Big Mom Pirates approach them, intending to complete the intended murder, and Sanji sees his colleagues in danger. The Vinsmokes decide to don their raid suits, gaining their signature powers. Niji uses Dengeki Blue to catch bullets at blinding speed, and some bullets and arrows are neutralized by Reiju’s Poison Pink. Yonji uses Winch Green to catch and crush the two boulders thrown at him, and Judge uses his spear to create a whirlwind that blows Tablet, Mascarpone, and Joscarpone away. Basskarte then unleashes fireballs at the family, but Ichiji uses Sparking Red to blow away the flames with an explosion. When Perospero attacks the family with a sweet wave, Ichiji punches him aside while Niji electrocutes Oven, freeing Chopper. Yonji confronts Saint-Marc and easily overpowers the large pirate with his power as he flips him before slamming him into Daifuku’s genie, causing him to release Carrot. Yonji then subdues the genie by hitting the back of his head with his outstretched hand. Reiju kicks Smoothie in the arm, infecting Sweet Commander with poison and forcing her to let go of Nami. As Nami falls to the ground from a great distance, Sanji catches her and brings her to Bega. Luffy engages Dacquoise, Laurin, and the other Big Mom Pirate far from Bege’s entrance, and Sanji, Nami, Chopper, Carrot, and Vinsmoke successfully enter the fortress.
Bege then turns her attention to Big Mom, who is still weakened from her breakdown. He tries to fire his cannons at her, but Perospero blocks the shots with a wall of sugar. Bege then pulls out the tanks and rolls towards Big Mom, planning to shoot her with all the ammo he has. However, Katakuri engages the mochi cannons, causing them to explode. Bege refused to give up and rolled towards Big Mom again, trying to run over her, but Perospero held him in place with his sweets. Bege then declares the plan to assassinate Big Mom a failure and tells his crew and allies that they will have to fight a siege by the Big Mom Pirates.
