Summary:
Nami and Shinobu end up with their current destination in the Flower Capital, and Sanji’s soba stall becomes more and more popular.
At Udon, Luffy and Kid continue to work. Dobon gets mad at them for eating a lot of food. The deputy tries to attack them, only to be defeated by the pair.
Nami and Shinobu are caught spying on Orochi’s men in the attic. The soldiers pierce the ceiling with spears, causing Shinobu to panic. They climb to the attic, but Nami and Shinobu manage to escape to the roof. Shinobu reveals that she panicked because she was afraid of sharp objects. Despite being caught, Nami found out where Orochi kept his weapon supplies. They leave using Shinobu’s dragon.
On the way, they see Sanji, who has attracted a number of hungry customers posing as reindeer chefs. However, he attracts some rivals who spy on him.
Meanwhile in Udon, Luffy and Kid work furiously pulling stone blocks, each earning a huge pile of dango. However, Warden Dobon, a SMILE user who rides into the mouth of a hippopotamus, is furious that his food supply has been depleted by Kid and Luffy. The hippo swallows Luffy and Kid, where Dobon can attack them in the hippo’s stomach.
However, Luffy and Kid, even with the weakened bond from the Seastone, manage to defeat Dobon, who spills out of the hippo’s mouth. The prisoners cheer for them as they leave.
In the manga, Shinobu told Nami about her fear of sharp objects as she flew away. In the anime, it’s before they fly.

The anime shows that Luffy and Kid are able to thin themselves by blowing air. In the manga they just shrink back to normal.
When Dobon attacks Kid and Luffy, Kid wanted to fight back but Luffy stops him.
As Luffy and Kid defeat Dobon, Dobon’s hippo form is lifted into the air.
