Summary:
While Luffy and Law remain captive in Caesar’s lab along with the others who were captured, Caesar Clown goes to retrieve the children from the remaining straw pirates.
Meanwhile, Zoro’s group is still on the run from Smiley, who has finally teleported to the icy lands, causing all of his parts to fuse together. In the destroyed lab, Usopp and Nami are confronted by Caesar, who mercilessly chokes them in the same manner as Luffy, but is interrupted by a revived Brownbeard, who demands his crew back. However, Caesar defeats him and proceeds to do the same to the two fleeing Straw Pirates.
With the kids secured and on their way back to the lab, Caesar Clown sends orders to Monet to prepare Den Den Mushi to broadcast his “Special Experiment” to all known brokers to show them his weapon of mass destruction, the two supernovas, Eustass Kid and Killer, are among the spectators .
Luffy and his group are still being watched by Vergo and Monet. Luffy doesn’t know Doflamingo, but suddenly remembers him when Smoker asks him that he’s seen him back at Navy HQ. Tashigi noted that Doflamingo attacked Moria after the War of the Best
It then cuts to Caesar Clown entering the lab where Nami and Usopp are hiding the drugged children. The children are still uncontrollable due to withdrawal symptoms from the drug candy, and one of them attacks Nami. Usopp tries to attack Caesar but fails. Caesar then explains how his ability allows him to control air itself and suffocates Nami and Usopp by depriving them of oxygen. He then tells the kids to finish off Nami and Usopp by crushing them with metal bars if they want candy. But before they could, Brownbeard shows up and saves them, furious at Caesar’s deceptions. Caesar then orders the children to go to his ship, announcing that it is not safe to stay. Afterwards, Brownbeard tries to fight Caesar, but eventually Caesar uses Gastanet and causes an explosion on Brownbeard. He then turns to Nami and Usopp and performs another Gastanet, knocking them out.
The scene then changes to Zoro’s group still being chased by Smiley. All the Smiley figures have managed to cross the lake and are starting to merge. Meanwhile, the G-5 marines deal with the Smiley pieces outside of Caesar’s lab.
Caesar then calls Monet and asks if the broadcast is ready. He then sends a televised message to all the Pirates in the New World saying that he is selling a weapon of mass destruction that the Marines wish they had. Some of the spectators are Pekoms, Tamago, Eustass Kid, and Killer, who wonder what this weapon can do.
