Summary:
Usopp and Brook’s attempt to attack Kizaru and save Zoro’s life failed, but Rayleigh arrived out of nowhere and was able to block Kizaru’s attack and delay him. Luffy orders his crew to retreat, stating that it is impossible for them to defeat the enemies at this point, but Sentomaru and the other Pacifista stop their escape, and even Chopper’s Monster Point form is unable to turn the situation in his favor. The real Kuma arrives and uses his Devil Fruit powers to make Zoro disappear.
Eustace Kid and Law’s crews battle the pacifist. Both captains dodge while the Pacifist’s lasers engage several marines. Killer lunges at Pacifist and tries to cut his shoulder, but has to dodge. Bepo tries to attack but is punched back and decides to stay down. Mistaking the Pacifist for Kuma, Kid shows his arms covered in metal objects and blocks the laser. He then uses Repel, shoots a metal arm at the robot, flies away and hits the ground. Kid rejoices in his victory while Law is stunned.
Pacifist gets up and is about to kill Kid, but is hit by Law’s sword in one of his rooms and falls again. Law then points out how his method of defeating the opponent is much better and learns of the arrival of more reinforcements. Bepo and Jean Bart fend off some marines. Another Pacifist arrives and engages Law and Kid.
Meanwhile, Sentomaru is at Luffy’s mercy and the Straw Hat captain yells at Zoro. Zoro is to be executed by Kizaru’s foot glowing with light. Usopp tries to shoot but misses. All of the sniper’s shots go right through Kizara and Brook’s sword goes right through, the admiral doesn’t hit. Kizaru says that the two are just wasting time since his Glint-Glint Fruit is Logia. Zoro is too weak to move, so Robin uses Vente Fleurs to try and move him out of the way. Kizaru simply crouches and kicks the swordsman down. Just as he is about to finally execute Zoro with a light kick, Rayleigh powers up and kicks the light away.
Kizaru steps away from Zoro and challenges Rayleigh to a fight as he informs that the Pirate Era has just begun. Sentomaru is surprised to see Rayleigh’s appearance. Kizaru once dismissed the rumors of the Dark King as ghost stories and discovers that he was once a member of the Roger Pirates. Trying to catch Rayleigh would normally require intense preparation. Rayleigh orders Kizaru to leave the Straw Hats alone, but the admiral informs that he has come under the orders of the Sky Dragons.
At Luffy’s shout, Brook and Usopp grab Zoro and prepare to retreat, after which the Straw Hat captain orders the crew to split up as they have no chance of victory due to their condition.
Franky decides to buy time with a Coup de Vent and blasts the pacifist. As the crew flees, Rayleigh wishes them luck. Kizaru attempts to chase after them using Yata no Kagami, only to be intercepted by Rayleigh’s sword. The two continue to fight, with the admiral using the sword Ama no Murakumo.
Angered, Sentomaru orders the Pacifist PX-1 to find and terminate Zoro. Sanji notices this and goes to the rescue.
As Usopp continues to run, carrying Zoro, the swordsman insists on staying behind, but the former refuses. Brook notices the PX-1 approaching, causing him and Usopp to panic. The skeleton swordsman willingly sacrifices himself for Zoro and Usopp and is shot down by a pacifist laser. Sanji uses Diable Jambe to knock the cyborg down and feels intense pain in his leg. The pacifist then starts blasting Sanji and Usopp. This scares Luffy’s party.
As Rayleigh tries to contain Kizaru, the admiral talks about how his subordinates can handle things.
Sanji tries to keep PX-1 down but continues walking towards Usopp and Zoro. Sentomaru starts chasing Luffy and uses his Ashigara Dokoi to push Luffy back.
With the Straw Hats at the mercy of PX-1 and Sentomaru, Chopper overdoses on Rumble Balls and becomes his Monster form. The monstrous Chopper tries wildly to smash the Sentomaru, leaving the PX-1 confused. As the Pacifista turns back to Usopp’s party and prepares to fire, Kuma appears and orders her to stand.
Usopp is scared and Zoro looks on in horror. Kuma is calm when he sees Zoro again and asks where he would like to go if he took a vacation. Zoro doesn’t answer and Shichibukai slaps him, seemingly vaporizing the swordsman. The crew is in shock and horror at Zoro’s disappearance.
