 Summary:

Sanji goes underwater to free Luffy, but Arlong overpowers Zoro and the revived Hatchan chases after Sanji. However, Hatchan’s wounds reopen and Sanji successfully frees Luffy. Luffy then launches an attack on Arlong.
Sanji goes to free Luffy from his underwater rock trap, but when Zoro confronts Arlong, the fish man states that he wants to find out who intervened and kept Luffy alive. Trying to distract Arlong, Usopp yells at him and shoots him with a rubber band, but Arlong’s attention remains on Zoro. Zoro swings his sword at Arlong’s face only to be met by the fish man’s long nose. Arlong says his unbreakable nose is his greatest pride as Hatchan gets up. Initially scared because he thought Usopp’s rubber band was headed for him, Hatchan becomes angry and dives into the water to kill Sanji, shocking Zoro. Arlong tells Zoro that his party will die no matter what he does by hitting his head in the chest, causing him to cry out in pain.
Sanji reaches Nojiko and Luffy at the bottom of the pool, and as he prepares to destroy Luffy’s stone with a kick, Nojiko notices Hatchan chasing him. She goes behind Sanji to protect him from Hatchan’s quick strikes, and Sanji is shocked to see Hatchan attack. Over the water, Usopp yells at Zoro as he climbs over the wall into Arlong Park, and Arlong picks up the swordsman by the neck. Wondering why Zoro is so bandaged, Arlong rips off the bandages and is shocked to see a terrible gash on Zoro’s chest. He prepares to kill Zoro, but Zoro exclaims that Hatchan’s wounds wouldn’t reopen if he stayed down. Arlong initially thinks Zoro is talking about himself, but Zoro reveals who he was talking to, and underwater, Hatchan’s wounds reopen before he can attack Nojik and Sanji. When Hatchan is taken out, Sanji quickly destroys Luffy’s stone with a kick and Luffy’s body shoots out where his head is, sending him flying over Arlong Park.
The Straw Hats, the townspeople, and their allies all rejoice at Luffy’s arrival, and Luffy grabs Zoro and throws him out of the way to switch places with him. Luffy then unleashes a rapid series of attacks on Arlong, overpowering the fishman and leaving him lying at the base of the tower. However, Arlong gets up without suffering significant injury, but Luffy replies that it was just his warm-up exercise. Meanwhile, Zoro vows to kill Luffy after landing on earth.
