Summary:
The citizens of Dressrosa are shocked to see Pico’s arm disintegrate after being attacked by Chinjao and Elizabella II, and Luffy drives Ucy away from the falling rubble in a panic. Soldiers in the streets attempt to stop the fighters from the Coliseum, but are thwarted by Ide, who uses the Destruction Cannon to blast the shocked soldiers. Orlumbus and Cavendish connect using Admiral’s Hug and Swan Lake moves respectively. The soldiers can’t stop them, but Pica prepares to attack the fighters again. Chinjao prepares to restrain the leader of Donquijote, but Zoro sees that Pico’s severed hand has grown back and, knowing that it would be futile to continue fighting like this, yells at everyone to run.
The fighters run away from Pico’s second attack, which destroys another Dressrosa, and the fighters don’t know how to get through Pico to Doflamingo’s castle. Suddenly, Cavendish notices that Luffy isn’t with them, and the fighters are incredibly shocked to see Straw Man leading Ucy by Pico’s arm. Luffy excitedly raises his head and Abdullah and Jeet, who also rode the Ucy, cheer as well, causing Luffy to realize they are there and yell at them to get off. Pica then notices Luffy and grows his arms back in silent rage, preparing to attack the pirate. Luffy attacks him first but hits Pico in the face with the Gomu Gomu no Grizzly Magnum. The attack shatters Pico’s face, shocking the fighters and citizens below.
Riding the Ucy with Luffy, Zoro points out that Pico’s shattered arm and head were just pure rock and that Pico’s real body was where his fake head was. Zoro notes that Pica is finally showing some human qualities when Donquijote’s manager pulls out a giant sword and scares Abdullah and Jeet. He pleads with Ucy to turn around or stop, but the bull can do neither of those things when Pica turns on him. However, Luffy manages to get under Ucy and throw him up, out of the way of the sword. Ucy lands behind Pica, but the Executive Officer quickly turns and prepares to attack again. Fortunately, Zoro manages to counter his strike with one sword, causing a shocked Abdullah and Jeet to call him and Luffy “comrades of the gods”. Pica tells Zoro to get out of the way so he can deal with Luffy, but Zoro says that Luffy has no business with a piece of rock like him and mocks his high-pitched voice, enraging Pica even more.
The fighters below notice that Pico’s stone body is frozen and take advantage of this to head towards Doflamingo’s castle, focusing on his head. Luffy, Abdullah, and Jeet continue to drive away from Pica, the latter two refusing to get off despite Luffy’s demands. Suddenly, Law snaps out of his thoughts and admits to Luffy that his plan was a detour to crush Doflamingo, but that he too wanted to pay Shichibukai back after losing to him earlier. He then tells Luffy how Doflamingo took the most important person from him 13 years ago. This person was Corazon, his patron and former top representative of the Donquijote family, as well as Doflamingo’s real brother.
