Summary:
Pico’s larger stone body remains immobile due to his confrontation with Roronoa Zoro, allowing the Colosseum group to push forward. The subordinates of the Donquijote family try to hold them back, but to no avail. Dellinger, Machvise, Gladius, Baby 5, and Lao G watch from the second level of the newly located Royal Palace, amused by the group’s dynamic. They are stunned, but still confident that they will not get past Admiral Fujitora’s forces. Baby 5 comments that the Straw Hat Pirates were still able to stop Pico.
A map of Dressrosa will appear showing the locations of: Zoro when he fights Pica; Monkey D. Luffy and Trafalgar Law when they reach the first level of the palace; the Colosseum group advancing on the marines; and Kyros fought his way through individually. The citizens of Dressrosa attempt to talk Kyros into surrendering without a fight. They explain that they are not interested in his reward, but that their death is guaranteed if all the rewards are not collected. Kyros empathizes with their logic, but tells them that he too has something to achieve and attacks them. At the former Royal Plateau, Nico Robin’s group reaches King Rik and Viola of the Coliseum along with Tank Lepanto. Bartolomeo is disappointed that Luffy isn’t there, while Leo and Tontatta are confused by Pico’s larger form and the new location of the royal palace. Rebecca points out that they still have pursuers, but Robin easily dispatches them by making the net she created to climb the platform disappear.
Viola finds the key to Law’s bonds and expresses her intention to free him. King Riku tries to convince her otherwise because Law and Luffy are pirates, but she replies that that’s why they can really help their country. He goes on to say that the world government giving Donquijote Doflamingo special status and protection as a pirate is exactly how their country got into this predicament, and therefore doesn’t care about their definition of justice. They claim to only listen to people’s cries when it suits them, while the Straw Hats acted from a place of sincerity. Tontatta agrees and brings King Riku an update on how Usopp was responsible for lifting the Hobi Hobi no Mi curse. They tell him that they also wholeheartedly support the Straw Hats. Rebecca decides to get the key from Luffy, with Bartolomeo excitedly asking to come too so he can see Luffy again. Viola warns her niece of the danger, but Rebecca assures her that she will be fine. This prompts Leo and Kaba to also offer to accompany Rebecca for further support. They all agree to meet again at the Royal Plateau afterwards.
Franky finally reaches the factory and prepares to detonate his Radical Beam. However, before he can free her, Senor Pink emerges and attacks him, wanting to continue their previous fight. In the royal palace, the Colosseum group began to climb the palace. This worries the executives, who were certain that the attackers would not get past the Marines. As Luffy fights his way through level 1 of the palace, the Colosseum group catches up to him. Child 5 notices that the marines are being held back by a large wall of flame. Fujitora asks Sab if there is no way he can convince the revolutionaries to move. As a member of the revolutionary army, Sabo explains that he will not let anyone through who tries to harm Luffy or his allies. Then he corrects himself that he’s also doing it like a big brother. This leads Fujitora to question whose brother Sabo is.
