 Summary:

Wano Country begins to flourish after Orochi is deposed and Kaidou is defeated. The story of the raid on Onigashima is told on stage in front of an audience.

Elsewhere, Momonosuke, Kin’emon, and Yamato rush towards Tokage Harbor to catch up with the Straw Pirates. On the way, Yamato tells Momonosuke that he will stay in Wano instead of going with Luffy because he wants to do what Oden did and travel through Wano before going out into the world.

Meanwhile, Momonosuke feels betrayed that Luffy left him behind even before saying goodbye, despite all the adventures they had together. Kin’emon also feels slighted by the actions of the Straw Hats.

At Tokage Port, Luffy says goodbye to Law and Kid, saying goodbye to a not-so-friendly atmosphere. The Kid Pirates and Heart Pirates sail to their agreed upon destinations.

Before the Straw Hats can follow, Momonosuke arrives at the beach and runs. The young shogun expresses his pain that the Straw Hats left without saying goodbye. She bursts into tears and begs them not to go. Luffy gives him a Jolly Roger straw hat as a sign of their friendship and to remind him of their time together. He tells Momonosuke that he will always think of him as his brother. He adds that if Momonosuke, Kin’emon, and Yamato ever decide to become pirates, he will come back and pick them up anytime.

The Straw Hats finally set sail and headed to Hakumai, Wano’s official port, which has an elevator to launch ships, a much safer alternative than going through the waterfalls they had previously passed when they arrived in Wano. Kid makes fun of Luffy and Law for using the official port – a much safer option that is uncharacteristic of a pirate. Irritated by Kid’s remarks, Law and Luffy take the provocation as a challenge and head to the falls instead.

Meanwhile, the story of the raid on Onigashi continues and the fate of Orochi Kurozumi is revealed to the audience. Before them, Hiyori’s last words to the former shogun were heard as he burned, “Black charcoal wouldn’t be called kurozumi if it wasn’t burned!”

As Momonosuke heads back to the flower capital, he wonders where to plant the Straw Hats’ flag.
